Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 24 hours after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping time during holiday periods, such as Christmas, may differ slightly.
General Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping is currently free for the UK & US. Charges may apply at a flat rate if you are not within the UK or US.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Inventory is stored within the UK and exported internationally using FedEx. Local carriers can then be responsible for delivering the item from the fulfillment center within your nation to you.

International Shipping Duties & Taxes.
We offer international shipping to the following countries only: The US, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BGR Training LTD is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer to settle with the local authority or courier.
Local taxes and duties will not be calculated or displayed at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the delivery time stated within your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@barsgripsrings.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
