When the attachment point is a bit too high to reach, don't worry, we've got you covered! You can use the 1-meter anchor straps that come standard with all BGR Kits. Here's how:
- Loop the anchor straps over your chosen high-point, creating a secure base.
- Then, simply attach your BGR to the anchor using the carabiners.

How can I use the BGR on a door frame?

- First, open the door and place the padded block (that comes with your kit) at the top of the door frame.
- Close the door securely to anchor the block in place.
- Now, attach your BGR to the straps hanging from the block using the carabiner.
