Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@barsgripsrings.com. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you the return instructions via email for where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and in both instances, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee to the UK or Germany (depending on where your item has been sent from).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Warranty 

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased directly from BGR Training LTD (the "Physical Goods").

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, BGR Training will repair or replace, at no charge, Physical Goods or parts of a Physical Good that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

BGR Training LTD will replace the Physical Goods at no charge if it is assessed that a defect has occurred to the Physical Goods under normal use and maintenance because of improper material use or workmanship. 

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from BGR Training is 180 days from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes a warranty of 180 days from the date of replacement. 

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
